Information we use
We use account identity and email information supplied through WorkOS, profile and listing information you submit, payment status, and operational security records.
Public information
Your profile name, title, description, destination, category, location, current bid, rank, profile-visit count, and any transaction details you add are intended to be public. Do not submit client names, private documents, or other confidential information.
Service providers
TopAgent uses WorkOS for authentication, Convex for application data, DataFast for website analytics, and its hosting providers to deliver the service. Historical payment records may be retained where legally or operationally required.
Analytics
DataFast measures aggregate visitors and outbound profile visits. Profile-visit events use a permanent profile identifier and placement label, not payment details.
Retention and choices
Records are kept for as long as needed to operate the leaderboard, maintain verification and security records, resolve disputes, and meet legal obligations. You can request account or profile assistance through the creator link in the site footer.
