These terms govern access to TopAgent and publication on its paid leaderboard.

The service
TopAgent publishes a global paid leaderboard of professionals. Placement is ordered by the current bid; it does not represent an endorsement or professional assessment.
Your account and listing
You are responsible for your account activity and for keeping submitted identity, listing, and transaction information accurate. You confirm that you have the right to publish every name, claim, image, destination, and transaction detail in your profile.
Bids and position
Position is calculated from the amount you pay for a listing and can change whenever another professional places a higher successful bid. A paid position must not be presented as an endorsement or proof of performance.
Payment status
TopAgent may delay publication while a payment is pending, or remove a position after a refund, dispute, or failed payment. Payment status does not guarantee professional quality or future performance.
Moderation
TopAgent may reject, suspend, or remove content that is misleading, unlawful, abusive, unsafe, technically harmful, or infringes another person's rights.
Availability and responsibility
The service may change or experience interruptions. To the extent permitted by law, TopAgent is not responsible for decisions, advice, transactions, or disputes between visitors and listed professionals.
