How ranking works

TopAgent ranks professionals by the amount they bid for a public listing.

Ranking

Profiles are ordered by their current paid bid in US dollars. The highest active bid holds rank #1. When two profiles have the same bid, the earlier successful payment stays ahead.

What the bid means

The bid is the amount paid to hold a public position. It is not a measure of skill, sales volume, assets under management, company revenue, or client funds handled.

Positions

A listing keeps its position until another successful bid moves ahead of it. The leaderboard is global, with category and country labels available for discovery.

Payments

Payments are processed by Stripe. A listing becomes public only after payment is confirmed. Failed, cancelled, refunded, or disputed payments do not create a public position.

Rank is not endorsement

Rank reflects the paid bid, not professional quality, licensing, accreditation, suitability, or an endorsement by TopAgent. Visitors must assess professionals independently.

Listings

You must control the submitted identity and have the right to publish the listing. Misleading, fabricated, unlawful, impersonating, malicious, or unsafe profiles may be removed or suspended.

Agent-added transactions

Real estate professionals may add completed transactions to their profile. These records enrich the profile but never affect paid rank. Unless a record is expressly marked as verified, its details were supplied by the listing owner and have not been independently verified by TopAgent.
